In short
This site sets no third-party cookies and uses no advertising trackers. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The only personal data processed is what you type into a form yourself. It arrives by email, is stored on no web server, and is kept for 24 months before deletion.

Consent is collected through an unticked checkbox, which must be ticked to send the form.
What we do not do
- No database storage on the site’s server.
- No selling or sharing for commercial purposes.
- No profiling, no automated decision-making.
- No advertising cookies or social network pixels.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free tool that collects no personal data and cannot follow a visitor from one site to another. Statistics are aggregated: page views, entry pages, country of origin.
That is precisely why no consent banner is needed.
Sharing with partners
Three kinds of request are passed to an independent partner, because that is the very point of the request:
- insurance — broker registered with the ASF;
- mortgage — intermediary registered with the Banco de Portugal;
- concierge — the partner for the region you selected.
In all three cases this is stated on the form before you send it. No other sharing takes place.
Retention
24 months from the last exchange, then deletion.
If a contractual relationship begins, data relating to the engagement is kept in line with the statutory retention obligations applying to the accounting profession, which are longer.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may withdraw consent at any time.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by LWS, in France. Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Email travels through Microsoft 365.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with the date at the top updated.
