What we never promise

- That you will always obtain a refund, a grant or a subsidy.
- Timings that depend on public bodies — the tax authority, social security, AIMA, banks, registries.
- Company formation within a fixed deadline when public bodies are involved.
- Availability around the clock.
- Solutions contrary to Portuguese law or to the profession's code of conduct.
What we do promise
- A reply within 24 working hours.
- Complete transparency on fees.
- Confidentiality.
Why write this down?
Because a promise we cannot keep costs the client more than a clear refusal. If a deadline depends on the tax office, we say it depends on the tax office. If a tax saving is not available, we say so beforehand, not afterwards.
