Providing a registered office falls under Law 83/2017 on money laundering, which requires the firm to identify who is being domiciled before any service starts — so the sequence is always the same: your request, the documents for your file, the firm’s review, the signed contract and only then the payment, whose link arrives by email. The 12- or 24-month commitment is set out in the contract; payment is monthly.
What is included

Can I use the address without doing my accounting here?
Yes. The registered address is a standalone service. Combined with monthly accounting, it falls under the Company package terms.
How do you send us your documents?
After your request, we email you a secure link reserved for your file. It opens a space with one box per requested document, where you upload them directly, with no account to create. This website never receives or stores any file: your documents go from your browser to our internal system, which has restricted access.
Do not send documents by WhatsApp or as an email attachment. Only that link keeps your data protected; a document arriving by any other route does not enter your file.
Providing a registered address to companies falls under Law 83/2017 on money laundering prevention: before we can contract, we must identify the company, its directors and its beneficial owners. The order never changes — request, document check, contract, payment. Payment does not amount to acceptance; it follows from it.
