The Minho region and northern Portugal. Outside that area, requests are looked at case by case.
When is it useful?
- opening a bank account;
- appointments at the Finanças (the Portuguese tax office);
- social security and getting your NISS;
- signing at the notary or land registry;
- meetings with suppliers or builders.
How is it billed?
