Payroll and HR

Payroll is included in your monthly accounting for the director's payslip. Each additional payslip costs €10 per month plus VAT. The service covers the calculation, the payslip, filings with Segurança Social and the tax authority, and joiners and leavers.

What is included per employee

calculation of pay, deductions and allowances;
issuing the payslip;
the monthly earnings declaration to Segurança Social;
the monthly withholding declaration to the tax authority;
holiday tracking and calculation of the subsídios (Portugal’s holiday and Christmas allowances);
joiners, leavers and sick leave.

What about work accident insurance?

It is mandatory for every employee in Portugal. EA Contabilidade is not an insurance broker: we introduce you to a partner registered with the ASF, the Portuguese insurance supervisor.
